At Voylla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Voylla account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Voylla packaging, including all tags, certificates, and the invoice to ensure a smooth processing.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
